Our clients get security
No mail-in currently offered - as we are a local operation. We will arrange a time in which your product can either be picked up by us or delivered by you. Considering the value that these tapes can contain (especially old ones), we do not recommend the increased risk of introducing a shipping carrier.
Hands-on handoff:
On a batch job, we digitize the first tape and show you the result before touching the rest. This is so you can confirm the quality is up to your expectations or adjust the delivery product (file type, size, etc.) before it is all done.
Preview before we proceed:
You have got our cell! We are happy to hop on a call about your job anytime. We also offer plenty beyond our “off the shelf” services. We are open to discussing whatever your specific needs may be and will additionally be transparent if at any point the job requires more than we originally quoted.
